The European Federation for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (EFAAD) is a not-for-profit organisation committed to attaining the highest standards of care in the provision of local anesthesia, sedation, anaesthesia and the management of medical emergencies for all ages of dental patient throughout Europe.
We promote the free exchange of ideas, the pursuit of scientific endeavour and the establishment of European-wide standards of clinical practice.
Our membership includes both organisations and individual health care professionals with an interest in developing safe, effective and holistic methods of anxiety and pain control to provide comfortable dentistry for all.
Our aim is to make the provision of dental care a safe, pain free and pleasant experience.
